END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT for RapidTyping
This is a legal agreement (the "Agreement") between you (either an individual or a single entity) and RapidTyping Software.
1. RapidTyping ("SOFTWARE") is FREE for personal or corporate use.
2. You may use the SOFTWARE free of charge. You may share the SOFTWARE with others for free, but only by using the original distribution package. Repacking the SOFTWARE in another installer is only allowed after explicit written permission by RapidTyping Software.
3. Selling the SOFTWARE is prohibited.
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND CONTRIBUTORS "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND CONTRIBUTORS BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
