This is, in general, a great program. However, some of the words that the player is instructed to type are misspelled. Is that intentional?
A: Hello Beth, could you say please, where you noticed the misspelled words. (Course language, course name and lesson). Better use the contact form for questions, please.

The most important part of learning how to type is understanding which finger to use for each letter. Following those rules allows for greater speed and a dramatic increase in words-per-minute. The reason the Typing Tutor is such effective teaching software is because it displays the virtual keyboard and hands at the bottom of the screen, and for each letter, it teaches the student which finger to use.

apid typing is brilliant, but version 4 is better than version 5. Version 5 has some good features, but unfortunately it is unclear, everything is too embedded and it's hard to set up the keyboard for Dvorak so that it sticks.
